I have a billion in my tank tonight. They look like baby brine shrimp. Any help is appreciated.

Copepods, that's what it sounds like. Are they out in the light?

Lights are out and they are free swimming. They flip their tail like a shrimp to swim. There are A LOT of them! Spotted them during my nightly flashlight check.
