Anyone use this skimmer?

I'm having a hard time finding a skimmer that will fit in my sump, has anyone tried this one?

Right now I just have a really cheap skimmer that came with the sump and it broke. I want to get the octopus skimmer but ill have to wait until I redesign my sump.

I dont have a very big bioload yet since I just started but I would like something to last atleast a year or so until I redesign.

Not familiar with that skimmer. I use an ASM G4X

does anyone have any thoughts on this one, trash, ok, not bad, pretty good, or dont waste money on it?

Like I said I'm replacing a venturi skimmer with a CA pump that I got with the sump. but unfortunately I only have a footprint to fit a 7" x 10" and its only 24.5" high to the bottom of the tank.

I really wanted to get an octopus ( wont fit ), asm g3 (wont fit), or even the acuaC ev-180 (will fit) but cant afford the 300+ price tag right now.
can afford 100 - 200 absolute max.

Have you looked on ebay for a used aquac ev?
