The only acceptable level for any fish is 0.

My fish look and seem healthy except for one who isnt eating. I dont see anything wrong w it. Does that mean my levels are 0? Or do I still need to check?

You need to test. Ammonia and nitrites should be 0 and nitrates should have a reading of more than 0 in a cycled tank. When the nitrates hit 20 ppm do a 50% water change

Heres my readings

Nitrate no3- 0 ppm

Nitrate no2 - .25 ppm/.50 ppm

Ammonia - came out clear?

PH - 8.0 8.2. hard to tell
