aquarium disinfectant for ich

I recently bought 3 clown loach and they came with ich. I need to totally disinfect my 20 gallon all-glass quarantine tank. I live in the mountains in Costa Rica, so a lot of the usual products are not available in this country, plus I live an hour from a large town. Can I use chlorine solution? If not, what other common household item would work?

For Ich just use heat. It's the safest treatment. Slowly increase temperature to 86F and hold there until one week after the last spots disappear. Then slowly retrurn to original temp. OS.

You can use bleach or vinegar to clean out a qt tank. Or let it dry out for a week or so.
