Are these good lights?

When I got my 75 gallon aquarium, I got the lights with it. It came with a Coralife 10,000 K Super Daylight F40 - T12 - BP bulb and a 50/50 Coralife 6,000 K/30 bulb. I have some aponogeton plants that are doing quite well, and some red melon swords that are doing OK. My question is, are these good lights? What would their rating be? medium light?

I use coralifes t5 10,000k,, given there the 20 inch. vers. they kick out some light, my plants love them, nd there pretty durable so far
