Have just introduced some live plants, only thing is i dont know what they are lol. Also do i need to remove them from the pots? I removed 2 of them and left one in the pot!

Are you talking about everything in the tank? Or just the ones in the back?

The ones in the back are Amazon Swords.

The rest look like they are either still fake, or non-aquatic.
 
Yeah the back ones. The rest are fake as in seeing how these go. Never tried live plants before
 
The palm trees are not true aquatics so you might want to replace it. Can't tell what the feathery ones are. The amazon swords should probably separated to give them room to grow.
As a general rule when you pick up a true aquatic plant it will flop over. Terrestrial and bog plants can hold themselves up. There are a few exceptions with plants that are aquatic and will also grow emmersed such as Anubias.
 
I could have been sold a stinging nettle :)

I added liquid fert till my tabs turn up

A mate at work is bringing some plants in as he throws loads away as his tank is overun with swords
