I looked into my tank today and saw a tiny little fish! I have 2 platties. 1 male 1 female. And a sword tail. Male. Where are the rest of the fry? Maybe eaten? Because the little fish I see isn't even small enough to call a fry. He is just a tiny fish. I just noticed him today.

Livebearers will eat their own young and swordtails are particularly noted for it. If the female was young she may have only had a few young as well.

Breeding trap next time, with no other fish in tank !
Maybe a good time for a new 10g QT/breeder, I'd say you have about 12-15 weeks before you could have same again.
