i hav just got a pair of bandit shrimp but i hav a manta-shrimp will they be teritorial and eat each other

Do you mean Coral banded shrimp and mantis shrimp? If so, there may be issues between the two CBS, unless they are a mated pair. These should only be kept one to a tank otherwise. The mantis shrimp is likely to pose a threat to both (depending on species) as they are master preditors. Mantis shrimp shrimp really need to be kept in a species only tank with one animal per tank.
