Barbs with Clogged Nostrils???

Hey everyone! I have two black ruby barbs, and both appear to have what looks like white blockages in their nostrils. Other fish seem fine. Moved the barbs to a quarantine tank and started an all purpose med. Any thoughts on what the these white masses might be?
