What is the best temperature to help stimulate the growth of BB, what are some methods you guys have used? Including lighting, PH levels and so on.

BB grows best between 78-86 (dont quote me on the 78 it may be lower or higher). I set my heaters to 86 and add a pinch of very crushed fish flakes once per day. Make sure you have as much aeration as possible. IMO lighting does not matter, because I had plants in my tank I had them on for 12 hrs and off for 12 hrs during my cycle.

Ph should be between 6.5 and 8

Upper 7's is ideal pH-wise, as it drops below neutral nitrification begins to slow, as it gets down to 6.0 it can actually stall completely.
