beat up little convict =(

Hi I don't know when this happened usually my little convicts hide and fight the JD as a team. I don't know if my little JD got him or the other convict turned on him/her or if it could be disease.. Do you guys think it looks like disease? They've been in the same 55g for over a month now. A lot of nipping and tail tears, but nothing like this before... 0 ammo 0 trite 5 trate temp 78. I'm treating the tank w Melafix and he is still eating, also even his pectoral fins look ragged or bit up, but he's swimming upright.. as good as possible considering
