hi With all this sicknesses going around is it alright to do a water change if you have covid,flu or cold.

Respiratory illnesses that affect humans cant be passed on to fish and vice versa. They have completely different respiratory systems.
Would probably be best not to cough and sneeze all over your tanks to avoid these viruses getting on your equipment and spreading to other people though.
The only disease ive heard of that can be passed from fish to humans is TB and i think thats only the case for marine fish, and is extremely unlikely in any case.
