Hi guys,

I have a 10g nano, which houses a yellow clown goby, green clown goby and a small Ocellaris clown. I feed once a day.

I was wondering what the best food is to use, both for the nutrition of the fish, and the least polluting of the water etc.?

I'm currently using pellet, but used to use frozen all the time; open to any advice!

Thanks for any help.

I have always found that a variety is the best answer. I feed Flake, frozen mysis, vitamin fortified brine and dried seaweed. Variety is a good thing.

Thanks Mike; I guess one of those marine quartet packs (mysis, seaweed, brineshrimp etc.) would be a good idea for variety? I just wasn't sure about the water from the frozen food polluting the tank etc...

In that size tank, depending on the corals, frozen can pollute very quickly. I only feed and recommend New Life Spectrum Thera+A pellets on most situations. If you want to do frozen one of the best ones for your fish would by Cyclopeeze.

You do have to be careful with frozen but if you rinse it off you should be OK.

Thanks guys, I'll vary between my current pellet and some (rinsed) frozen I think :)
