Best shrimp to keep with RCS

Dont want them to cross breed color out. Does anyone have any suggestions on what shrimp is best kept(water conditions too) together?

Tiger shrimp are the easiest Caridina to care for, pretty much the same requirements as neos and they are available in a variety of colors.
