Last night as I was about to sit down and relax for the evening my Keyhole Cichlid got spooked by something then swam straight up and hit my glass canopy then died. Had him for 3 years. R.I.P Guido miss you buddy!

Wow, really sorry to hear that. He looks awesome. Are you going to get a another one?

Yep, the tank seems so empty without him. This fish was the one that made him love the hobby also. He even dug a hole in the frozen dirt so I could bury him. Best hubby ever!

That sucks :( I have a little one myself and they have great personalities

I had something similar happen. I had a bala shark in a tank and he needed to be moved. We tried to get him in a net and he bolted into the glass and died shortly after.

I am so sorry . :(

Thanks a bunch! Got these guys the other day. Pic from the lfs, still have to post some pic from my tank. They have settled in nicely.

Thanks Finntastic! They love my tall tank and get along with each other and their tankmates well.

Seems that way. They follow each other around constantly.
