Black Belt Cichlids

A few months ago I bought 3 fish that were sold to me as black belt cichlids. At the time they all looked fairly similar, now two of them look completely different than the other. Anyone know what I have here?

Two female 1 male.... Maybe. The darker one being the male.

Alright thanks. The two are actually the darker ones... Since they're both males should I get rid of one to avoid one murdering the other or will they be ok together? No aggression so far...
