convicts can produce from 50 to 200 fry or more if they are very mature and have the right conditions.
they pair up, so its best to get 1 male 3 females maybe and let them pair. when they pair they can be like 2-3in or older
they breed quite easily but want good temp, food and parameters to be happy, and a pwc can trigger it.
the fry take like 4 to 5 days to hatch? about that, but get protected from there on unless the parents decide to spawn again, this is when u take the batch away and raise them elsewhere.
