Black spots on my cabomba?

I've had these cabomba plants in my tank for a while but I noticed today it's starting to get tiny black spots on it, only where my filter flows past the plant though (at the top) is this bad??

How long has your tank been set up? Are you dosing any Ferts and if so what? Also what is your tank lighting and bulbs?

Tank has been set up for around 8weeks maybe more ive lost track, no ferts lighting is what came with the tank 2x juwel high lite day 590mm/28w
