Blooming Anubia's!

I picked up 4 "Anubia's Nana" today. When I got them home I noticed one had 2 'blooms'? - I'm not sure what you call them lol.

Anyway, I've kept Anubia's for a few years, but never had this happen to any of mine. It got me wondering how this can happen in the store, but not in my tank. Is it just down to the fact that my lighting is not strong enough? 15 watts - 6500k.

They flower much more readily when they're grown emersed (also grow quicker), which is probably why. They do flower under water though, it's just not nearly as common
