Bristle nosed plecos in planted tanks

Mine are both Bristlenose Plecs. I would assume everybody else's in this thread is too, since its listed in the title of the thread, but this is the internet after all so its probably best not to assume such things. :lol:
 
You guys are right. They really do poop a lot. I have two 10 gallon tanks, one with 3 bristlenosed plecos and one with 12 fish (Siamese algae eaters and otocinclus). All fish are 1.5 inch long. The 3 plecos poop more than the other 12 fish. How is that possible?

I am using a sponge filter and I can see how much poop is on the floor. The plecos have 10x more poop than the 12 others.
