Brown and white striped worm

I have a worm coming out of my live rock its brown with white stripes. Its sticking out of the rock approximately 2 inches and is about as thick as the led of a pencil. It is almost snake like in appearance but looks stiff. i can't find it anywhere on the ID site. I am not able to get a picture of it because it is in the back of my tank in a small hole.

I tried that website it could possibly be a peanut worm. but its head is different. and the coloring is very distinct striping. are their any other sites I can use. BTW THANK YOU FOR THE WARM WELCOME

It does sound like a peanut worm...What does the mouth look like?
