bumps on fish's eyes .

I moved may tanks around and it is not looking pretty. I had two fish die and now one has Bumps on her eyes. I don't know what is going on. This is knife fish.

Also there is like a fuzz on the bottom of the tank.

Assuming water conditions are fine I'd treat with antibiotics.
