Walked in and all my Cichlid's greeted me like always... All but 1, the lemon jake was in the front corner on the bottom and completely covered with a white milky film, it was just laying there I netted it and when I had it out I looked closer and it was all over the fins, eyes etc... A nasty milky film. It was fine the other day. Bright blue face with nice yellow on the body with blue stripes. And today it had lost all it's color. Face was a pale grey and no sign of yellow at all. The fish was full size so no way for me to tell how old but my question is now what?

Should I be concerned for the rest of my misfits? I've had my share of troubled so hopefully there's some "good" news that will come along after losing my fish :(

I had a peacock cichlid that did that it was 2.5 years old I got home and it was dead in one of my caves with white creamy/fluffy stuff on it

I had no idea what happened I asked the pet shop ppl and they had no idea ;(
