I just bought a live piece of live rock and noticed this purple thing in a crevice, can anyone identify it for me please ?

Looks like red coralline algae to me, an actual good algae to have.

Cool It's got 2 little like spouts on it. I only noticed it because it opened up a little then closed really quick lol.

Spouts? Googel feather duster and see if that's your culprit. I just thought you were referring to the coralline

Could be a sponge as well, is it squishy or slimy?

It looks squishy it sorts of inflates a little then deflates !

Yupp my guess is definitely a sponge then, they are good! They will come and go as your tank ages.
