I was walking past my tank just now and noticed one of my molly fish upside down in the bottom of the tank. I swear it was alive when I fed all the fish 30 minutes ago. Anyways, when I took her out, she looked pregnant. Can pregnancy cause enough stress to kill her? I only ask because the other 28 fish in the tank are all happy, energetic, and getting along fine. I also get 0 ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate readings from my API test kit.

Yes it can happen, usually happens after birth if it does so she may have been already releasing fry. It takes a lot out of them so don't feel bad it happens.
