Can you help me identify this shade-loving plant?

Four years ago, I planted our new aquarium with species that were supposed to have low light requirements, since the tank is in a location where it gets almost no direct sunlight. Over the years, all of them have died out -- except one (photo attached).

I don't remember what variety this plant is, and would like to get a few more to replenish the flora of our aquarium. Does anyone recognize what this is?

Anubias looks like, and it isn't supposed to be planted in the substrate as the rhizome will rot, does the base of this plant (rhizome) look like the one in the pic I posted
