Can you overfeed a coral?

The only corals I feed are like dentros and ducans the rest grab what they can from the water column. Keeping your glass clean actually is feeding your corals. Feeding your corals can actually make your nitrates go up.
 
I feed mine once a week and try to feed each head. Sometimes food will float by it and it grabs it.
 
You can overfeed your corals. I have seen LPS that have been fed heavily, daily, succumb to bacterial infections. I think the coral can't break down the food fast enough and it becomes a toxic meal.
