How does the marine land multistage canister filter work? And to someone who has had first hand experience with it, is this a worth while upgrade from a hang on the back filter?

Skimmer would be better canister filters are nitrate factories if not cleaned weekly

So you are saying instead of using a canister I should use a hob filter and skimmer or should I get a skimmer and canister

Just buy a good skimmer and you will not need the other. Best bet is a sump and skimmer

I'm thinking about doing a sump but my tank isnt drilled so it would be easier to just get a skimmer. Unless you or someone else knows a good way to do a sump without drilling. What are good brands of skimmers

OK. So I watched you YouTube video on your sump. Was it drilled or did you need the over flow box? And how much does it cost to build one?

My tank is drilled, all i have is a 20g long tank that i made into a sump. Money depends on what you wanna achieve in sump
