Chalk Bass

Hi - Attached is a photo of the only Chalk Bass residing in my 65 gal reef tank. This fish was introduced into the tank 2 YEARS ago as a young fish. Over the past 4 months its appearance has changed to what you see in the photo. Can anyone tell me if this bloated appearance is normal?

Coral, repost everything in the fish saltwater disease section. I'm too new to assist you. But, it doesn't look normal.
