Chiller for 24g Nano Cube

I am putting together a 24g NC reef and I will be using 2 36w CF bulbs. Will I need a chiller for this? I thought it was typicaly for MH.

I have a 29g biocube with the dual cf bulbs and while I run hot, I don't need to run a chiller.

Cool, thanks. I was also thinking about running an open MH fixture with USHIO bulbs hoping to avoid a chiller but that may not work.
