I set up a tank (40gl) with soil (organic miracle grow) and sand. Planted some swords and added so drift wood and rock.. After a few days of 8 hours of light, there is some clear/white fuzz in my sand. Just want to see if anyone could tell me what it was and what I should do? Thanks attached are some pictures. It was hard to take a picture of it.

I think that may be the same stuff that ended up on my driftwood about a week and a half ago. I did some searching and apparently it is believed to be some sort of bacterial colony. It's completely harmless and they say that although you could try and get rid of it, it'll just die off on its own in a few weeks.
