Got cloudy water last night and still cloudy this morning

0-0-0 for ammonia, nitrites and nitrates. Densely planted tank. Sparse feeding could lead to the 0 nitrates?ImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1420907778.670678.jpg

I was running 2 filters one hob and one internal u4 but the u4 was clogged up and disgusting hadn't cleaned it in forever so I just removed it permanently been meaning to anyway because I wanted to switch over to just the hob.

Did I kill my nitrogen cycle?

The day I took out the other internal filter I changed 20% water and started dosing Stability for today's the 4th day now. Water wasn't cloudy till last night (3rd night)

Fish are fine, active.

So is it a bacterial bloom? Algae bloom? Should I do a water change? Help please!
