Cloudy water in my 29

I set up my tank yesterday and the water was clear until this morning. I woke up and it was cloudy. I have eco complete with a gravel cap.

I'd just give it another day or two. If it's still cloudy, you can use a water calirifying solution. Also, having filter floss in your filter (not just the sponge) will help trap the finer particulates. Then lastly, a good ol' partial water change.

If you just set it up, it's probably the bacteria bloom. You want and need that. Just let it run. Are you doing a fishless cycle?

It happened on my 29 gallon as well after it cycled. Initially it was kinda ok but it became cloudy and it was about 3 weeks before it cleared up on its own. Hang in there!
