Cobalt blue question

My cobalt blue cichlid looks stressed and his tail looks nipped but he is eating and acting normal. The other fish are about an inch bigger than him and they are all mbunas that are looking and acting great. Could it just be because he's smaller and getting his tail fin nipped?

This will happen from time to time with Africans. It's nothing to worry about. Just keep an eye on him make sure things don't get worse. Africans are beautiful fish but are very nasty to one anther.
