colomesus asellus and cichlid tankmates?

I've had these puffer's before and I'm thinking of getting them again. I had them in a community tank before but I was curious if anyone ever successfully had them with any other new world cichlids?

I currently have a SAP with a T Bar Dwarf Cichlid and a Convict, both female. There haven't been any problems yet except slight aggression from the Convict but nothing serious just a bit of chasing. These Puffers are great but they should have peaceful tankmates if possible and lots of plants!
