Compatibility of these fish

Hi! I am wondering if these fish are compatible. I think they would be, just making sure. The tank will have lots of hiding places.
10 tiger barbs (4 regular, 3 green, 3 albino)
1 BN pleco
1 Female convict cichlid

I think it will work. I'm getting a female convict since it wouldn't have as much of a size advantage over the other fish. I know that a full grown convict can tear up a juvenile pleco but I will be getting a juvenile convict (~1.5-2 in.) Also, the convict will be the last addition to the tank so she won't claim the whole tank to herself and then bully all the newcomers. Thoughts?

Looks good to me depending on the tank size. Remember it's not uncommon for female new world cichlids will lay eggs without a male present and guard them fiercely for a few days, just food for thought when decideing on a male or female.
