coral or anemone

I bought this 1" zoo frag two years ago. I noticed a hitchicker a couple of days later. It had 5 tentacles about the size of a pencil lead. Now it's 5" in diameter and has three mouths. What am I?

Looks like Euphyllia anchora, hammer coral...or possibly the torch, same genus can't remember the species name off the top of my head.
