Just wondered if anyone can confirm what level of current/water flow Corydoras prefer? I've looked online and keep finding contradictory answers which doesn't help :ermm:.

I have an Eheim 2217 in a 50G tank so the flow is very strong but adjustable.

Cheers in advance (y)

IME, cories love lateral flow. Try out a small powerhead and see what your fish tell you. ;)

I'll be honest, I'm not entirely sure what a powerhead is

I'm guessing it's what is generating the outflow of water from my filter? If so should I lower it (Currently right at the top)? I have a sand substrate so I have to be careful of not spraying sand all over the place.
