cycle stall?

concerned my tank has stalled its cycle here are stats and readings from my tank, its a 29 gallon bio cube i use prime for my water, ive tested my tap water, its 8.2 ph 2.0 ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate, tank temp is 78 degrees, tank is currently fishless as they all died(due to lack of research) and im not using any ammonia in my tank, but here at my stats if anyone can temp me what to do id seriously appreciate it

4 Blue Saphire Platys
5 cherry barbs
1 bushnose pleco

1 Anubius C.
1 sting of Hornwort

stability day 1 cycle day 7

ph 7.8ish
amonia .5
nirtite 2.0
nitrate 5.0

stability day 2 cycle day 8

ph 7.8-8.0 has changed a lil since i tested this morning and this afternoon
amonia .25
nirtite 5.0 maybe more
nitrate 10.0

Stability Day 3 Cycle day 9
ph 8.2(need to use ro water with tap for next change)
smonia .25
nitrite 5.0+
nitrate 20.0

just dosed tank with prime so im going to retest tank after a bit to see if it makes a difference with my nitrite levels
