Cycle Stalled??

I think my fish in cycle has been stalled. For about a week its been about .25 ammonia and pretty high nitrites and 5-10 nitrates. Help please

Do a huge water change and get that nitrite down .25ppm or lower. Remember when in doubt first step is always water change.

Do you think 50% is good? If so I will do after school.

Well that depends on how high it is I wouldn't wait and that nitrite is burning their gills if the nitrite is .5ppm then 50% should do it any higher and I would do 75-90% huge water change.
