Are there any products that I can use to speed up cycling? If so, what are they? Thanks in advance!

There are some like safe start I don't know if it works though I just know it does that. Around 8$ looked at them though probably wouldn't recommend always better than wait than use but totally up to you.

Most people will tell you to let nature take its course but I've had luck with Tetra Safe Start. It seems to be the most reliable.

Used filter media from an established tank. That's the best, most reliable and safest way rather than relying on products that may or may not contain the correct bacteria that may or may not even still be viable after sitting on a shelf in a bottle for months. :)

If you do go with a product go with one that has to be refrigerated or has a very short shelf span. The bottles that can sit on the shelf for ages probably don't have anything living in them anymore.
