Damsel sick??

Past few days my damsel has been acting a little strange by staying in the corner of the tank and not moving around as much as he usually does. He's also lost a lot of his black color and looks like he has some white in him now ive attached some pictures. Hes been in my qt tank for a few weeks now cause my display tank got ick but hes has been fine the past few weeks until two days ago. Can anyone help me and tell me what the problem is here?

I would start by soaking his food in garlic. Hopefully others will chime in with more options, but the garlic is believed to help their immune systems.

What are your water test results? You`ll need to rule out poor water quality.
