Danio Dropsy HELP!!!

Hey, my Danio is suffering from dropsy, how can i fix this? I ordered Maracyn 2 but its not coming in time, the dropsy spread to my other danio and my safe one is slowly becoming bloated too. But its not like i can put it in my other tank, that has my tiger barbs. Im concerned, how can i cure my dropsy? please help!!!

Dropsy is a symptom rather than a disease. Its a condition caused by fluid build up inside the body. To treat dropsy you need to treat the cause, of which there can be many. It could be bacterial, parasitic, or caused by organ failure. Even if you find the correct treatment to cure the cause, if you get to the stage where you visibly have dropsy its usually too late.
