Dead shrimp

So my red cherry shrimp keep dying! I have no idea why. My oto catfish, Apple snail and amanos and rasboras are fine.
I have java moss and fern
A mature and well established tank
I'm just super confused and sad that this keeps happening.

Ammonia-0
Nitrites-0
Nitrates-abt 10
pH-7.4
Gh-10
Kh-3 or 4

What is your TDS? I have read that high numbers can cause issues.

Lost all mine changing the substrate.

I use RODI water and I add minerals so I never invested in a TDS meter

That's all I know. I had tossed them in a well seasoned snail nursery and they did fine. Changed the substrate very carefully. All died. I still waiting for the tank to age a bit more before I try again.

So sorry to hear about your shrimp. I recently lost one of mine and I feel awful. I hope you figure out what is going on and it gets resolved quickly.

I'm sorry for your losses tmaier and I hope so too. I got a few to replace them and I lost another one so I'm just gonna talk to my lfs some more
