I can't make any guarantees but it looks like I'll be getting a 40gal tank this coming weekend, as well as the current inhabitants. The gentleman who's selling it doesn't seem like he's really a fish person (got the tank as something for his kids) so he wasn't able to give me much detail but here's what he says he has:
~2 Jack Dempseys, both about 3"
~1 albino African (don't know what kind), about 6"
~1 common pleco (might keep it), not sure on size
I would prefer to trade any or all of these fish for Bolivian Rams but my main concern is that the fish find themselves a good fishie home.
