To make a diy home made co2 system is, make (belbake) name (easy bake dried yeast) the right stuff to use?

Any yeast intended to make bread is fine. Dry yeast.. fresh has a disturbing tendency to get mouldy and die on you. You can also use yeast meant for wine or beer making, but it's much more expensive and does not really work any better than baker's yeast.
Brand names don't matter much. If it says it is for making bread, it's ok.
