do all live rock come with hitch hikers

i was hoping that i would have some critters like crabs, all i saw was a worm like creature that i have only seen once, could be dead or hiding

if they do come with hitch hikers, when do they grow or appear

By definition, yes all live rock will have hitchhikers in 1 form or another.

It can take from a few hours to a few months or more to identify critters that have come in on your liverock.

Depends. If you go with aquacultured live rock, mo you wont get hitch hikers. If you go with good ole ocean rock, then yes
