Does my Zebra danio have Dropsy?

Well this particular danio has always been a fatty I have had it for about 1 year and 7 months. Today I noticed that it is really fat and its staying in one place. I don't have a hospital tank,and this is with other fish in a 20 gallon tank.

I lost a tiger barb to dropsy. She was HUGE. I don't know of a way to treat dropsy. But then again, there's alot I don't know. I wonder if she may be pregnant? (wishful thinking:))

I don't think so danio's lay eggs then the male fertilizes them so they don't carry baby fish inside them.
 
I have the same question, did my best to catch pics, I noticed some other danios chasing these guys very bad.
