Drawrf gourami bloated and lethargic?

Have a powder blue dwarf gourami it's hiding in corner,bloated,lethargicand not eating. Been going on 2 days. From what I've read could be constipation. Not sure can anyone help? All other fish are fine.

You could try Epsom salts if you are thinking its intestinal? Might work.
