It has grown and except for the leaves being slender, it appears healthy, but it never thrived in my tank like the one on the left has. I have snails so pretreat if you don't want them, but it appears algae free.
I've already replaced it with an Echinodorus bleheri compacta. It was planted in sand so the roots came out clean and intact. Hopefully it will be happier in your tank.
